Your Role
Transition Manager (People Data & Payroll processes )will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the smooth migration of People Services & Solutions (PS&S) activities from multiple countries to the service. This role requires a strong knowledge of Payroll and other People processes, as well as understanding the local specifics in various countries to be taken into consideration for a smooth transition. Role will partner with the countries and the People Services & Solutions organization to make sure the processes are well documented and transferred in a smooth way.
The ideal candidate requires to have a good collaborative skill with the ability to, drive change, think on creative solutions and meet objectives in a fast-paced environment. The person should have experience with previous other service migration in a shared service environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop a transition plan and drives the project management for migrating People Operations activities to People Service and Solutions organization.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including People teams, legal, finance, and IT, to ensure alignment and successful execution of the transition.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition for employees and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement communication plans to keep all relevant parties informed throughout the process.
  • Analyze existing people processes in various countries and identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to streamline and optimize People Operations processes workflows.
  • Collaborate with Country HR, or legal counterparts to address any legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors (Outsourced Payroll vendors) and service providers involved in the transition process, ensuring they meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Establish and maintain quality control processes to monitor the effectiveness of the transition and address any issues or roadblocks promptly.
  • Makes sure that all the processes are well documented and all the key processes have the most up to date process maps
  • Secures the process flows are taking into consideration the existing IT infrastructure but also the new systems,
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years working experience in a HR Shared Services environment and good understanding of employee lifecycle, People policies, process, and People Systems.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in human resource management/Business Administration or related field.
  • Good interpersonal skill and ability to communicate well both oral & written (English) in a diverse work environment and additional Asian languages are added advantage.
  • IT savvy and resourceful on leveraging various tools (Microsoft Office / Workday / ServiceNow).
  • Demonstrable problem solving & ability to handle challenging issues in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to details and ability to produce accurate work.
  • Keeping abreast of local laws and regulations for best PS&S practices.
  • Able to support any other assigned countries in APAC and MEA region.
