Ensuring internal and external projects are delivered in line with NTT Data Business Solution Global Managed Services standards for Transition & Project Management.

• Initiate, plan, run and successfully close Infrastructure, Managed Cloud or Application Management projects while carefully monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
• Adhere to NTT Data Business Solution project methodology in every phase of the project delivery
• Establish and manage client relationships to ensure the successful provision of transition support within the agreed service levels.
• Identify resource requirements and act as matrix manager by providing guidance and resolving resource related issues.
• Identifying the client\'s requirements and transition project plan
• Works closely with various departments when delivering the projects within the expected scope, timeline, cost, and quality.
• Ensure that project documentation is maintained and kept up to date in line with NTT Data Business Solution standards and policies.
• Share acquired knowledge with colleagues through formal documentation and communications sessions.
• To carry out any other duties which are within the employee\'s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
• Always ensure that company Policies, Standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to.
• As a member of the global NTT Data Business Solution Managed Service Project Management community, you will be expected to help drive the use of our project methodology, while demonstrating and openly encouraging the behaviors expected from a professional, best inclass Project Management team.
• Service onboarding / transitioning IT services to NDBS managed services support
• Oversee the project in-scope services and deliverables, deliver, and meet the service acceptance criteria.
• Document project change request/ variance order
• Evaluates risks to the integrity of service environment inherent in proposed implementations (including availability, performance, security, and compliance of the impacted business services).

• Minimum bachelor\'s degree in information technology or similar.
• Total 8-10 years working experience in IT industry
• Min 3-5 years in IT project management is mandatory.
• Additional 2-4 years\' experience in IT Consulting or Support in areas of Infrastructure, Managed Cloud Services or SAP Application Management Services
• Project Management Certification likes PRINCE2, PMP/PMI, PSM or Agile similar certification an advantage.
• SAP Activate, SAP certification or SAP Application background an advantage
• Experience in Agile project management an advantage
• Certification in ITIL is an advantage.
• Cloud computing certifications like Azure, AWS, Google, SAP Rise / GROW is an advantage
• Strong command in English, excellent verbal and presentation skills, great interpersonal skills and experience in international collaboration.
• Ability to work independent and personal drive is required
• Pro-active behavior is required
• Working Experience in managed services and global delivery center environment is an advantage
• Willing to work flexible hours if working on European or other region customer projects
• Willing to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor (Hybrid - remote & office)
• Able to travel if required.
