We are looking for a detail-oriented and fluent

Translator

to accurately interpret written and verbal communication between English and Mandarin / Malay and English. The ideal candidate must have excellent command of both languages, strong cultural awareness, and the ability to convey meaning accurately and naturally in the target language.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate a wide range of documents, including technical, business, and general texts. Interpret spoken conversations during meetings, site visits, or events when required. Proofread and edit translated materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Work closely with internal departments to understand context and terminology. Ensure all translations comply with company standards and language accuracy. Create and maintain terminology databases or glossaries for consistency.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Translator or similar role. Fluency in English, Mandarin & Malay, both written and spoken. Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills. Familiarity with translation tools or software is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing translation. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Certification in professional translation (optional but advantageous).

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
