Job Description

Salary: MYR 4,500 - MYR 5,000 Per Month

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Translation, Linguistics, Languages, Communication or related field

Professional certification in translation/interpretation is an advantage

Fresh graduates welcome to apply

Minimum 1-2 years of proven translation/interpretation experience in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia

Experience in property, shopping mall management, or operations management is an advantage

Excellent command of Mandarin (spoken and written) with strong proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and cultural awareness

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines

Familiarity with translation tools/software is an advantage

Responsibilities:

Translation & Interpretation:

Facilitate communication between Mandarin-speaking management, local employees, tenants, and authorities

Translate documents (reports, contracts, SOPs, marketing materials, emails) between all three languages

Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, conferences, training, and virtual calls

Quality Assurance:

Proofread and edit translated content for accuracy and clarity

Ensure translations maintain original tone, meaning, and cultural relevance

Collaboration & Communication:

Collaborate with internal departments (Admin, HR, Operations, Marketing, Leasing)

Prepare bilingual and trilingual documents for internal use and official submissions

Confidentiality & Compliance:

Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

Adhere to company policies and professional translation standards

Administrative Support:

Provide administrative assistance including document preparation and record-keeping

Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing management reports

Support day-to-day departmental operations
