Requirements

• Literate in computers, Microsoft Office, and Google Sheets.
• Good communication skill
• Can handle multitasking

Responsibilities

• Handle driver recruitment and onboarding, including applications, briefing sessions, safety inductions.
• Manage daily works-ticket operations - opening, keying-in, verifying toll statements, calculating totals, and filing.
• Oversee driver records and compliance, including license & GDL renewals.
• Perform financial and administrative tasks, such as managing petty cash, cash vouchers, and verifying fuel receipts.
• Liaise with couriers, suppliers, and port authorities for documentation and access pass matters.
• Provide general HR and office administrative support, ensuring all records and files are properly labeled, organized, and up to date.
