This position is responsible in day-to-day trucking operations and activities effectively to ensure delivery of service.
Establish company routes concentrating on customer service.
Ensure to receive all phone calls from customers and drivers reply email or WhatsApp any hour in day. Immediate response on customer enquiry.
Ensure handle all POD issues with driver internal external submit on time to customers.
Ensure submit daily/weekly/monthly report to KMJ management on toll, fuel usage according to GPS, fuel fleet card, fuel station and trucking movement report.
Coordinate day to day operation activities to meet inter-department and customer's trucking requirements.
Perform in collaboration with Transportation Manager to enhance load capacity reduce damaged merchandise long waiting hours chargers and loading errors escalated immediately by email to customers any cases cc to KMJ admin.
Handle client concerns and direct problems to suitable parties.
Ensure before top up Touch N Go, make sure all completed DO given by drivers.
Ensure local DO given every day / outstation must collect within 2 days.
For Sub-con, make sure completed: which company, truck no and date of shipment, were given to Billing Department.
Request IBD Number for West Mall shipment if got rejection / damaged Nestle's products.
Update SQL Sales Order or on Google Drive, for every movement.
Speaks politely, not using harsh words when dealing with customers and drivers
