Transport Co-Ordinator - WORK FROM HOME



Gross Salary:

SGD $1,900 or RM 6120 (estimate) per month (Excludes voluntary Overtime)



- Base Salary of SGD $1,820 + No MC Bonus SGD $80

To schedule jobs via email and Whatsapp, and to co-ordinate trips with a team of drivers.



Work Hours:

12 hours each shift



Work Shifts are 6-day cycles of:

Detailed Job Scope:

Main

1. Man 24-hour Operations Hotline

2. Check, schedule, and respond to jobs from agents across different communication channels (emails, Whatsapp, and calls)

3. Plan, assign, and manage drivers

4. Co-ordinate jobs between agents, drivers, crew and colleagues

Training

1. Training will be between a month to three depending on progress and learning ability of Trainee and training is in-person, in Singapore. Accommodation will not be provided.

Aftert training is completed, you can work from home, in Malaysia.

2. Trainees will need to master ALL functions of the job well, independently, before they can man the hotline on their own

3. Trainees will be paid a nominal fee and will then draw a regular salary upon the completion of training

Qualities Needed

1. Fluent in English - both written and oral

2. Have lived or worked in Singapore and therefore have a decent knowledge of Singapore's roads and have a keen sense of direction

3. Possess good interpersonal/communication skills (both oral, and written)

4. Has initiative and attention to detail and can multitask

5. Is organized and possess good self-discipline

6. Ability to work independently, and is collected, under pressure

7. Able to handle google products (email and calendar) proficiently

8. Have a good sense of accountability and responsibility, and is reliable

9. Is effectively proficient with using computers and mobile phones.

10. Possess a positive disposition and is willing to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM6,400.00 per month
