- Tactically plan domestic or international collections based on order criteria using set lanes, managing dedicated Freight feasibility by submitting RFQs to vendors.
- Effectively track and manage international deliveries from cargo booking through to end delivery point keeping stakeholders updated.
- Be a key contact for all stakeholders - customer, shipper, carrier & operations and on other ad-hoc matters.
- Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations of point to point movements
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the customer and carriers to ensure all targets are met.
- Ensure that all aspects of the business operate within defined corporate and legislative requirements
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Possess a minimum of diploma/ Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain; International Business or Business Administration, or a related field
- Willing to work shift. Fresh graduate encourage to apply
- Freight Forwarding experience & Fundamental working knowledge of statistics are a bonus point
- Able to communicate and effectively work with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks Ability to use good judgment in making decision, restructuring priorities and adjusting tasks in dynamic environment
- Ability to read, interpret technical documents and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills. Must be willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures
- Analytical skills, Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice period
- Possess to have own transport . Work location is in Jalan Tun Razak.
