Manage all administrative matters related to company vehicles and lorries.
Coordinate and process road tax renewal, APAD permits, JPJ documentation, and Autopass renewal for Singapore entry.
Handle insurance renewal for company cars and lorries.
Maintain accurate records of all vehicle documents, permits, and compliance schedules.
Coordinate vehicle inspections, maintenance schedules, and service appointments.
Assist in recruitment, scheduling, and interviews for transport department staff (if required).
Ensure all transport operations comply with local and cross-border regulations.
Prepare reports and updates for management regarding vehicle status, compliance, and documentation.
Communicate with authorities, service providers, and internal teams for smooth transport operations.
Support other administrative tasks within the transportation department as needed.
