YOUR ROLE

To support the Transportation Logistics in Day-to-Day Operation


Manage Manufacturing plant LMW application and renewal Manage Daily Transportation logistics operation activities Manage Inbound and Outbound of Finished Goods, Raw lines, Dices execution of Manufacturing plant Manage Equipment , Spare part, Material inbound and outbound of the plant Manage Customer Urgency shipment execution Manage and review service delivery performance, KPIs with 3rd Party Logistics Service provider Manage Logistics service KPI, Cost, Service cycle time, Quality and compliance Manage Site Audits from both internal & external Manage RFQ / Tender of Logistics for Site service, Airfreight, Trucking Manage Adhoc Customs exemption application and approval Manage Monthly Customs report & Adhoc Audit Manage projects related to Transportation Logistics Set up SOP/LOP for Transportation Logistics processes. Supervise and mentor Transportation Logistics teams

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

Bachelor's Degree holder in Supply Chain , Logistics Management or equivalent Preferably 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain , Transportation Logistics, Freight Forwarding. Knowledge on ERP, SAP system Knowledge and experience to manage Malaysia LMW license Import and Export Customs Compliance. LMW / AEO Compliance.
