• Possess at least a SPM and above. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Fluent in speaking Cantonese is a must and proficient in speaking and writing English will be an advantage.
• Available to work in rotational shift (9 Hour including 1 Hour break) between 9am till 12am.
• 5 working days and 2 rotational off days including working weekdays or public holidays.
• Passionate on customer experience related tasks
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
• You are required to work on site at Ara Damansara Office
• Available to start work on 25 September 2024

ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible in,

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from clients seeking travel arrangements, including hotel reservations, flight bookings, and tour packages.
• Supply detailed travel and tour information to ensure a smooth and convenient travel experience for customers.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to bookings, such as cancellations, changes, or refunds.
• Promote additional travel services and products, such as travel insurance, excursions, and upgrades, to enhance the overall travel experience
• Work closely with other team members and departments

Benefits

• Salary Package: RM3000 + RM200 (Relocation Allowance) + Up to RM500 Night Shift + Up to RM390 KPI

• 14 MEDICAL LEAVE & 12 ANNUAL LEAVE IS PROVIDED
• Regular working hours for 5 days
• 2 month paid training is provided.
• Location: Nearby LRT Ara Damansara and 10 minutes walking distances
