We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Travel Agency Manager to lead our team and help grow the business. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supporting the sales team, building relationships with travel partners, and making sure our clients get great service. This role is ideal for someone who knows the travel industry inside out and is ready to take on a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the agency, including sales, customer service, and bookings.
Lead, motivate, and support a small team of travel consultants.
Monitor performance and help the team meet monthly sales targets.
Handle escalated customer issues and find quick, practical solutions.
Manage relationships with airlines, tour operators, hotels, and other partners.
Keep up to date with travel trends, visa requirements, and destination updates.
Ensure accuracy of all bookings, pricing, and travel documents.
Help plan marketing promotions and travel packages.
Train new staff and guide junior consultants.
Requirements
Previous experience working in a travel agency is a must
(minimum 3 years).
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Good understanding of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.)
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
Customer-focused, solution-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure.
