Job Description
Support T&E audits for China in local language to ensure optimal turnaround time and payment of claims to employees. Ensure claims are compliant to company policy
- To audit travel expenses adhere to the company's procedure, policy and internal guidelines and ensure accuracy of the audit review.
- Update and send reminders to follow up with actions to ensure cases are closed in a timely manner.
- To advise on the tools needed for an update or on bugs and errors.
- Provide assist in training and on-boarding for employees whenever necessary for the respective supporting region.
- Focus training sessions on main changes or evolution.
- Managing enquiries and clarifications to employees appropriately.
- Assist and support in mergers and acquisitions if needed.
- To assess the current expense process of the future integrated BU.
- Has at least 1 year of experience in Travel & Expense
- Knowledge in Account Payable, Travel & Expenses claims with experience of working in SSC is an advantage.
- A team player, meticulous, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Good communications skills both verbal and written in English and Chinese is a must.
- Computer literate and competent in Microsoft office and preferred have experience in SAP/Concur system.
