Review and Process Claims: Evaluate and handle travel expense claims from employees or clients, ensuring they comply with company policies and procedures.
Verify Documentation: Assess receipts, invoices, and other documents to confirm the accuracy and legitimacy of claims.
Reconcile Expenses: Align claims with travel itineraries and company records to ensure correct reconciliation.
Communicate with Claimants: Interact with employees or clients to obtain additional details, resolve discrepancies, and address any issues with claims.
Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of all processed claims and related communications for auditing and reporting purposes.
Generate Reports: Create and analyze reports on claim trends, processing times, and other important metrics.
Ensure Compliance: Keep up-to-date with travel policies, regulations, and industry standards to ensure adherence and offer guidance on policy updates.
Support Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide assistance with special projects, audits, and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree in any field
Minimum 1 year in Travel Claim experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Effective written and communication skills.
