Promote and sell travel packages, handle customer inquiries, and ensure smooth booking and trip arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell tour packages, flights, hotels, and travel services.
Handle customer inquiries (walk-in, WhatsApp, calls, email).
Prepare quotations, itineraries, and invoices.
Follow up on payments and confirmations.
Coordinate with suppliers and tour operators.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Provide good after-sales service to customers.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Tourism, Business or any other related.
Good communication skills in English & Malay.
Target driven, sales-oriented and customer friendly.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Form, Words, etc.).
Able to work independently and in a team.
Willing to work on weekends or travel (when needed).
