Handle inquiries via email, phone, social media
Book transportation, arrange facilitators, prepare passes/vouchers, make hotel reservations, arrange car rental/transfer, and manage payments
Liaise with travellers regarding bookings, schedules and insurance
Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
Update sales report and send to specified receiver daily/monthly
Prepare tourist or visitor information
Establish a good working relationship with partner\'s / clients and other professionals
