Happy Trails! Asia is an eco-tourism and passionate Destination Management Company (DMC). We operate tours to Indonesia, Bali, Malaysia, Borneo, Singapore & Brunei. And we have offices in Bali, Java, Sumatra, Kuala Lumpur, and Borneo.

We are in search of a resourceful and detail-oriented Travel Consultant with excellent customer service skills to join our rapidly growing and expanding company.

Who We're Looking For:



Minimum 1 year of experience in an Inbound Tour Operator or related fields. Excellent command of spoken & written English. Good command of German/Dutch is a great competitive advantage. Familiarity with domestic travel destinations, reservations, and quotations. Strong interest in Malaysian destinations, cultures, and sustainable travel practice. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Locally based in Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing:



As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible to communicate with clients, handle all request, questions, and provide tourism-related services.

Coordinate with Account Manager to prepare tour quotations (tailor-made) based on requests. Responding to all client's inquiries and give the best options of travel services. Coordinate with related departments to execute bookings and payments. Ensure the smooth execution of travel arrangements and provide exceptional customer experiences. Resolve any problem that arises regarding the trip for the customer.
