Job Description

Develop effective sales strategies and adapt them according to changes during the Covid-19 pandemic phases. Prepare and develop sales scripts. Create persuasive copywriting and advertising content for sales and marketing purposes. Build and manage a sales team (both internal and external agents). Conduct marketing and advertising campaigns to recruit external agents. Conduct weekly training sessions for external agents. Manage prospect follow-ups to ensure successful conversions. Handle corporate sales (company trips). Provide customer service support before, during, and after trips
