ABOUT THE ROLE


Xsolla KL is looking for an experienced Travel Manager that will be responsible of the traveling of employees in/out of Malaysia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Business trips support (arrange tickets, accommodation, transfer, briefing)
• Provide permanent visa support despite on applicant\'s citizenship and location (tourist, work, business visas)
• Effectively use bonus programs (including AMEX POINTS), accumulated miles, discounts and promotions
• Create and receive helpful interactive instructions
• Help to solve any issues during business trips
• Maintain the database
• Accounting and budgeting, control over reporting documents

REQUIREMENTS

• Travel Support experience over 2 years
• Good English skill (written and spoken) is a must
• Able to speak Russian (additional advantage, not mandatory)
