Team Player, Youthful and adventurous
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Design background required (Design skill like PPT, AI, Canva and etc)
Minimum 2 years\' experience in travel agent incentive group (operation department)
Fluent and writing in Mandarin and English (need to communicate with client from overseas exp: Hong Kong & China)
Able to reserve ticket via ticketing system (Amadeus, IATA, airlines system)

Reservation of ticketing and hotel
Tour leading to overseas and domestic
Able to cope numerous project incentive trip with total 300 pax
Manage Team Member/ can work in team.
Searching for WOW Factor on every project
Meeting deadline of OP task
Meeting deadline on enquiry proposal from Sales and Project Support.
Support and assist Sales team on enquiries.
Sourcing cheaper costing from Airline, Restaurant, Transportation and Accommodation.
Arrange Meeting with Supplier to seek better options.
