Job Summary:

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling travel-related products and services such as tour packages, flights, accommodations, and travel insurance. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing travel advice, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell travel packages, airline tickets, hotel bookings, and other travel services. Identify and target potential customers through calls, emails, and social media platforms. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate customers. Handle customer inquiries, provide destination information, and recommend suitable travel options. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Maintain records of sales transactions and customer communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management, Business, Marketing, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and friendly personality. Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets. Knowledge of travel destinations, ticketing systems, and tour operations. Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
