  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin, as the role involves engaging primarily with English and Mandarin-speaking customers
  • Ability to work independently
Tanggungjawab
  • Attends to and handles general enquiries, providing customer service to clients via calls, walk-ins, funnels, and emails. Identifies clients' needs and preferences, and suggests suitable travel packages or services. Discusses client requirements and advises on appropriate tour options.
  • Provides information about tour packages, identifies customers' requirements, and advises them on travel arrangements. Resolves customers' travel needs and handles unforeseen challenges.
  • Makes and confirms clients' reservations. Collects payments, passports, and visas for confirmed bookings. Issues tickets, boarding passes, and vouchers. Creates and updates digital records of clients.
  • Maintains relationships with clients to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Responsible for leading outbound tours in the capacity of Tour Leader or Tour Manager.
