Attends to and handles general enquiries, providing customer service to clients via calls, walk-ins, funnels, and emails. Identifies clients' needs and preferences, and suggests suitable travel packages or services. Discusses client requirements and advises on appropriate tour options.
Provides information about tour packages, identifies customers' requirements, and advises them on travel arrangements. Resolves customers' travel needs and handles unforeseen challenges.
Makes and confirms clients' reservations. Collects payments, passports, and visas for confirmed bookings. Issues tickets, boarding passes, and vouchers. Creates and updates digital records of clients.
Maintains relationships with clients to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Responsible for leading outbound tours in the capacity of Tour Leader or Tour Manager.
