We are looking for an organized Sales & Marketing Manager responsible for leading the development and implementation of marketing strategies, plans & campaigns, and sales activities with the objective of attracting and keeping the Jelajah Borneo Tour running smoothly. Duties and responsibilities are as per the following: 1. Advertize and design an interesting advertisement, flyers and brochures for marketing in social media/any platform. 2. Responsible for developing corporate marketing strategies and sales activities. 3. Strategize and lead the sales efforts, campaigns, and activities to achieve the committed revenue objectives/targets. 4. Maintain positive and cooperative relationships and work closely with hospitality industry players and establish solid relationships with potential partners from travel service suppliers and providers, including but not limited to accommodation chains, air carriers, transportation companies, event and activity planners, tourism companies and agencies, etc. 5. Any ad hoc task as requested by Management. Requirements: 1. Diploma/Professional/Bachelors Degree in the Tourism industry or related studies in Tourism Management/related. 2. Good attitude and Passionate in travel, tourism, and hospitality industries 3. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related field 4. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills. 5. Well-written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 6. Attention to detail, a tactful person with the flexibility to adjust the way of work 7. Proactive and motivated team player with good interpersonal skill
