JR41326 Treasury Analyst

As a Treasury Analyst \xe2\x80\x93 APAC, you will be responsible for overseeing Asia cash management and cash pool which includes managing the banking platform and opening/ closing of bank accounts. You will ensure Treasury policy compliance. This role requires you to maintain relationships with external bankers and internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for treasury reporting on a periodic basis and serving as a backup to members of your team.

You will also be responsible for supporting the management of the company\xe2\x80\x99s capital portfolio. You will support due diligence on new financing, mantain relationships with new and existing leasing partners, supporting joint ventures and subsidiaries and providing ad hoc project support.

• Oversee Asia Cash Management
• Perform analysis and cash forecasts
• Process manual wire transfers
• Manage global banking platform
• Manage cash balances to ensure adherence to cash minimum balances
• Collaborate with Tax, legal, and accounting when sites need funding or to reduce idle cash
• Maintain appropriate global bank services and products (i.e., bank guarantees, daylight overdraft)
• Analyze and budget global bank fees
• Negotiate best fee structure
• Oversee new bank account openings and closure
• Maximize investment returns relative to risk tolerance and counterparty limits
• Ensure sufficient liquidity of investments
• Ensure adequate investment alternatives are available for operating cash especially for restricted countries
• Execute Foreign Exchange (FX) Program and Strategies
• Trade foreign currency (spot and deliverable forwards) on FX bidding platform
• Support Management of Micron\xe2\x80\x99s Capital Portfolio and new financing, if any.
• Enhance Department Efficiency and Consistency for Risk Management Activities
• Develop, Maintain, and Ensure Compliance of Policies, Procedures, and Processes
• Maintain current knowledge and skills of systems, policies, service providers, and industry trends surrounding Treasury operations
• Ensure SOX compliance
• Support Internal and External Customers and Stakeholders
• Support joint ventures and subsidiaries in their financing and capital market activities
• Provide ad hoc project support and analysis
• Support month end closing activities such as report reconciliation and variance analysis check.

Customer Support

• Act as banking contact for internal and external customers
• Identify and resolve banking issues and conflicts
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure bank accounts are funded and there are no overdrafts for Asia
• Prioritize internal and external customer requests and deliver results according to customer expectation

Education/ Qualifications

Required

Bachelors\xe2\x80\x99 Degree

\xc2\xb7 Business Administration/Economics

\xc2\xb7 Finance or Accounting

\xc2\xb7 Banking or equivalent

Desired Certificate

\xc2\xb7 Certified Treasury Professional

• Japanese, Mandarin is a plus
• Power BI, SAP is a plus
• Kyriba is a plus
• TMS, Python, SQL experience preferred
