Posting on behalf of the client: Our client is a European multinational chemical company and the largest chemical producer in the world. It first started its operations in Malaysia in 1989. For more than 25 years, our client has been producing solutions to meet the needs of customers focusing on the agriculture, oil & gas, construction, automotive, paint & coatings, home & personal care, packaging & food, and nutrition industries. Objectives of the Position
Contract length: 9 months Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Process treasury related month end closing accurately and timely.
- Continuous monitoring and update of local regulatory requirements and changes on payment settlement and cross border transactions of serviced companies in close corporation of finance functions of the Company and treasury Mid Office at regional level and Risk Management function at Headquarter.
- Update treasury policies and guidelines if there is change of country regulation.
- Support implementation of treasury related IT projects.
- Support treasury Mid Office in risk control procedure set-up and execution.
- Work closely with quality management.
- Work closely with auditors (internal/external) on the audit activities.
- Ensure compliance to company policies & guideline, local company\xe2\x80\x99s policy, legal and statutory requirements.
- Such other tasks as management and changing business environment may require to be performed.
- Preferably someone with at least 1 year experience in Treasury / AR / AP with Treasury knowledge or bank consolidation skills
- SAP is optional but good to have
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting/finance/business/economics, MBA or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree welcome
- Experiences in finance/ treasury areas
- Profound understanding and operation experience in finance and treasury
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and presentation skills
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Results driven and positive team player
- Ability in working with high independency, efficiency, and responsibility as well as strong learning ability
Contract length: 9 months Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Treasury: 1 year (Preferred)
