- Responsible for designing and maintaining treasury policies and procedures to ensure effective control over all treasury, banking, monetary, and cash-related activities.
- Review, implement and maintain liquidity management structure for companies and subsidiaries.
- Provide advisory services to group companies on banking facilities, including negotiating with banks for various arrangements such as cash pooling, hedging operations, foreign exchange coverage, corporate funding, loans, and debt financing.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in treasury management or a similar financial role.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, risk management, and banking operations.
- Experience with treasury management systems and financial software.
