Static Data Management
To assist Team Lead:-
To ensure all requests on static data creation & maintenance are carried out accurately and timely.
To ensure all services delivered are meeting the SLA/SLI.
To identify and improve operational processes on a continuous basis and ensure adherence to internal policy & procedures and regulatory compliance.
To support the overall department KPIs.
KEY FUNCTIONS/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Creation and Maintenance of Static Data in Treasury System
Ensure that the record creation/maintenance requests are valid i.e. supported with a valid source and all setup/maintenance are performed timely and accurately.
Support the static data includes counterparty, standard settlement instructions and instruments.
Support the static data for OCBC Malaysia and Singapore (scope phased out during the hubbing plan).
Customer Service
Liaise and work closely with Treasury Ops SDM to ensure SLA/SLI is met.
Attend to internal customers' enquiries and handle exceptional request on ad hoc basis.
Risk and Control
Identify and improve operational processes on a continuous basis and ensure adherence to internal policy & procedures and regulatory compliance.
Quality Initiatives
Maintain good quality of work i.e. zero defects and minimize reworks.
Identify and put in action plan for areas for process improvement.
