Job Responsibilities :

This job position is to support the Treasury team for RMS Offline, Razer Gold and hardware division.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitate the management of cash flow and bank accounts for operation, capex, forecasting and planning, foreign currencies transactions and daily cash reconciliations management.
• Responsible for the cash flow planning, utilization of bank facilities and efficient use of cash as per objective set by the company.
• In charge of opening or closure of bank accounts, maintenance of bank delegation of authority and e-banking systems.
• Managing system administrator functions to ensure smooth running of financial systems
• Work closely with various relationship banks on KYC reviews, refresh/renewal of bank facility documents.
• Support the business units on trade finance related issues, such as Banker\xe2\x80\x99s Guarantees.
• Assist in the preparation of board paper for treasury related matters
• Ensure compliance with banking standard practices, foreign exchange control regulations and other regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement cash management systems to optimize efficiency.
• Manage the relationships with bankers and working on projects with treasury implications
• To handle ad hoc projects, assignments, duties, and responsibilities when required

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking or equivalent
• Requires 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Deadline oriented, work and time management.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in English language
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with SAP system is an added advantage
