Global reach, local knowledge: helping to do business seamlessly across borders.Job purposeTMF Group has initiated number of technological improvement projects such as implementation of global ERP system (D365 Microsoft Dynamics) and central payment and Treasury platform (Kyriba) that will greatly improve effectiveness of Group\'s operations and further streamline Treasury processes. Group Treasury is responsible for cash management process (87 countries), bank relationship management, risk management and many related corporate finance areas. As Treasury Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining banking operations in APAC region. You will be prime contact person to banks and be responsible to maintain our banking systems, bank users, bank products and have related responsibilities. You will be part of a small team in a multinational environment, collaboration with other team members will allow you to gain experience in an international and dynamic Corporate Treasury environment. This role reports to Treasury Manager.Key Responsibilities:

• Work on bank structure optimization across APAC region allowing for smoother implementation of Kyriba
• Maintain Kyriba master data for APAC region
• Integrate Treasury operations with acquired entities
• Execute intercompany and cash upstream payments
• Manage intercompany netting process
• Maintain local bank contacts and relationships
• Update bank mandates, maintain local bank portals as system administrators
• Coordinate annual audit letter process and KYC process within APAC region
• Set-up new bank products such as corporate credit cards - both virtual and physical
• Ensure compliance with internal control framework
• Take part in initiatives aiming to simplify Treasury processes across TMF Group

Key Requirements:

• University/Colleague Degree preferable in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience with banks in an international environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Practical knowledge of e-banking platforms and Treasury Management System (preferable Kyriba) is a plus
• Strong excel skill highly desired
• Detail-oriented and numerical sensitive person
• Good command of English (both verbal and written)
