Job Description

:Treasury SpecialistLocated in Malaysia / Kuala Lumpur and is organizationally part of the local ASEAN FIN organization with reporting line to the Head of Treasury ASEAN + (virtual part of the Global Treasury community).Organizational Development

• \xc2\xb7 Establishing, developing and managing the global governance and IT infrastructure for treasury, pensions and insurance.
• \xc2\xb7 Managing guidelines and rules for the group in alignment with global TRE and local CFO
• \xc2\xb7 Structuring the group\xe2\x80\x99s finance and treasury processes in alignment with global TRE and local CFO

Cash Management

• \xc2\xb7 Establishment of group-wide cash management guidelines covering account administration, balance clearing, bank connectivity, allocation and recording of signatory rights, payment cycle (frequency and instruments)
• \xc2\xb7 Executing of internal and external payments for the whole group for assigned region
• \xc2\xb7 Short-term liquidity forecasting and clearing of bank accounts within scope of responsibility
• \xc2\xb7 Managing bank relationships, bank accounts and bank fees for all banks
• \xc2\xb7 Observing regulatory and legal changes with respect to cash management

Corporate Finance

• \xc2\xb7 Facilitating and arranging external financing and investing for the group
• \xc2\xb7 Monitoring the group\xe2\x80\x99s rating
• \xc2\xb7 Coordinating global liquidity planning
• \xc2\xb7 Coordinating global guarantee management

Risk Management

• \xc2\xb7 Managing global FX, interest rate and financial counterparty risks which include exposure determination, internal and external hedging and limit monitoring
• \xc2\xb7 Using uniform basis for price calculations and budgeting

Pensions and Insurance

• \xc2\xb7 Mandating global actuary and global insurance broker services
• \xc2\xb7 Identifying risk exposures which require insurance cover
• \xc2\xb7 Designing strategic asset allocation
• \xc2\xb7 Provision of pension plan data
• Performance and risk controlling
