Are you ready to join an international, diversified and energetic team? Treasury & Corporate Finance, Asia Pacific and China team, with members located in 5 countries, manages treasury and trade finance activities for a dynamic region for Siemens Energy. We are looking for a treasury & trade finance professional with finance background to provide quality treasury and trade finance services to our business in the region and to be part of the journey to decarbonize the society.

How You'll Make an Impact

Banking and Cash Management

• Administer bank account, facilities, service updates, authorization (including online banking).
• Compile liquidity forecast and monitor the liquidity position.
• Troubleshooting of bank statement and payment issues.

Trade Finance

• Provide governance and advisory on guarantee and letter of credit.
• Execute bank guarantee and letter of credit requests in timely and cost-efficient manner.
• Coordinate with various parties to handle guarantee claim, if any.
• Regular reconciliation of bank guarantee and letter of credit.
• Coordinate guarantee and letter of credit commission settlement and manage the handling fee charging.

Foreign Exchange and Money Market Transactions

• Maintain the records for the foreign exchange and money market transactions.
• Confirmation matching of money market and foreign exchange transactions.
• Settlement of money market and foreign exchange transactions.
• Perform sanity check of the money market and foreign exchange transactions.
• Carry out mark to market valuation for the FX transactions and hedge effectiveness test.
• Perform month end closing relevant tasks.

Other Tasks

• Prepare reports related to TCF activities and transactions, including regulatory reporting.
• Support implementation of projects and initiatives.
• Provide support on internal control and audit of treasury & trade finance activities.

What You Bring

• Academic background: Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or finance.
• years' experience in corporate treasury and/or trade finance, preferably in an MNC environment.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English (esp. reading and writing).
• A team player with diligence, strong sense of ownership and good communication skills.
• Decent learning agility and analytical skills.

The purpose of TCF is to safeguard the financial sustainability of the Group through financial risk identification, quantification & management and to support the business by providing Treasury, Corporate & Project Finance solutions, including structuring expertise for sales-related financing solutions. Additionally, TCF exclusively steers and leverages global bank and export credit agency relationships to maintain and increase procurement power towards external financial services. Furthermore, TCF defines & implements the strategy for the optimization of total costs of group's insurable risks and the limitation of global pension risks.
