Job Responsibility

This role oversees treatment planning operations, client communications, and coordination between internal departments. The manager plays a critical role in digital case planning, customer service, and supervision of case flow from submission through delivery. They also guide technical processes and support team efficiency.

Job Duties

Interpret doctor's instructions to create tailored digital treatment plans

Segment and design 3D models for aligners using specialized software

Prepare and export planned cases including STL files, treatment sheets (IRP, PICO, MYO)

Scan physical impressions and upload to internal systems

Perform QC checks on exported cases under training supervision

Maintain records and submit case logs via portals like GOFAC, Inteware, Click

Coordinate with Admin Team and Doctors to clarify treatment goals and streamline planning

Manage communications via portal, email, and internal tools

Upload final treatment packages and ensure timely task completion

Qualifications and Skills

Diploma or Degree in relevant field

1- 2 years of experience, Training will be provided for candidate without experience

Familiarity with Mashmixer, SQL, interware, online portal & dashboard

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow SOPs

Good communication and teamwork skills

Interpersonal skills, client support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
