Lorry/Truck Maintenance Technician

Pax needed: 2 pax

Salary: RM 3,000 - RM 5,000

Location: Ulu Choh, Near Gelang Patah

Working days and hours: Monday to Saturday 9am - 6pm

Company background:

The company operates a farm, which specialised in selling cold-chain products and supplying to different clients across Johor. Therefore, on a daily basis, there will be routes and delivery schedules for truck drivers to drive the refrigerated products safely and timely to the clients' place. As such, the truck must be maintained in a safe and proper manner to ensure and prevent breakdowns or halts.

Job responsibilities:

Perform maintenance checking and identify if there is any potential or existing problem with the truck's performance in overall, whether it is tyres, engines and so on.

Identify the issue and come up with resolution to rectify and troubleshoot the issue on time.

Perform preventive maintenance on a daily basis.

Minor repairs like compressor, headlights, tyres and engine oil etc... Engines overhaul or major repairs are not under your scope of work.

Job requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years experience in repairing heavy vehicles especially lorry and trucks.

Strong knowledge of lorry maintenance and repair.

Ability to diagnose the issue and carry out maintenance and troubleshooting.

Able to repair Nissan, Hino and Chinese brands trucks.

Possess a valid lorry driving license is an advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 per month
