KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - TRUCK PLANNER

Plan and assign CSE trucks based on operational bookings and cargo requirements. Ensure optimal truck utilization and timely dispatch. Liaise with transport vendors to confirm truck availability and secure bookings. Maintain communication via calls and email to ensure smooth coordination. Ensure all trucks comply with regulatory requirements (e.g., road tax, PUSPAKOM inspection, bonded, ICA oversized & insurance). Coordinate with the trucking department to track validity and renewals. Track and update current truck locations every 3 hours in the truck plan group. Prepare and submit daily movement reports (DMR) to truck plan group. Monitor third party invoices and ensure timely submission for processing. Follow up on vendor payments with finance. Advertise empty trucks and console service availability to customer Ensure trucks assigned are suitable and appropriate for the type of cargo being transported. Other will be ad-hoc basis
