Become a Trust & Safety Supervisor for Supercell! In this role, you\'ll lead dedicated moderators on a local Trust & Safety team. In doing so, you have the opportunity to ensure a safe and engaging experience for millions of Supercell fans and players around the world. This role sometimes deals with content that is emotionally difficult to deal with for some people, You will not only need to be aware of this impact on your own personal wellbeing but, as part of your team\'s support framework, you will need to be conscious of its impact on others as well. and you will be part of the support framework for your team. Responsibilities Lead a team of dedicated moderators, -as part of a local Trust & Safety team. Ensure a daily plan is in place to manage all incoming work. Work with your Trust & Safety Lead to ensure a seamless and fair experience for users. Maintain a strong understanding of Supercell\'s Policy guidelines. Grow and develop your team through coaching, mentoring and QA. Assist your Lead in preparing quality, efficacy, and productivity reports on a regular basis. Support Trust & Safety Agents through escalations. This may include working with Law Enforcement. Escalate newsworthy events in your Trust & Safety Teams\' markets to the Policy Council for quick and timely emergency policy decisions. Requirements 2+ years working with online communities 2+ years leadership experience Excellent communication skills, with the particular ability to provide direction and feedback both clearly and empathetically.
