Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively interact with students and parents.
• Demonstrated patience and empathy when working with children of varying learning abilities.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs and learning styles.
• Familiarity with the local Cheras community and its educational landscape is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
• Develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives.
• Assess and record students' progress and provide feedback.
• Maintain a tidy and orderly classroom environment.
• Collaborate with other teachers, parents and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings.
• Identify students with special requirements and create individualized education plans.
• Provide a variety of learning materials and resources for use in educational activities.
