Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level qualification.
• Entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is required.
• Experience in upholstery and sewing techniques is essential.
• Knowledge of pattern making and fabric cutting is necessary.
• Ability to perform furniture repair and quality control checks is expected.
• Familiarity with various types of fabrics and their applications in seating is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Operate sewing machines and other related equipment to stitch upholstery materials according to specifications.
• Cut fabrics and other materials to the required dimensions using patterns or cutting guides.
• Assemble and fit upholstery onto chair frames, ensuring a snug and aesthetically pleasing finish.
• Inspect finished products for defects, ensuring they meet the company's quality standards.
• Perform furniture repairs, including replacing damaged fabric, padding, or springs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working order.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production workflow and timely completion of orders.
