Position: Turn Around Planner

Working Hour: Standard

Tenure: 1 year contract (Renewable basis)

Company Background: Oil and Gas Company

Salary: Up to Rm 13K

Working Location: Port Dickson

Job responsibilities;

\xc2\xb7 Report planning status, estimated completion dates and preparation statue t

\xc2\xb7 Planning and executing TA event from start of scope to and of TA event.

\xc2\xb7 Comprehend technical and commercial aspects of project needs and design suitable solutions to meet needs whilst adhering various codes of practice sat by company specification and regulatory bodies.

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for key task including defining scope, contract negotiations, procurement, allocation of man hours and preparation of project baselines including schedule management and budgeting.

\xc2\xb7 Serve as key point of contact maintaining strong communication between subcontractors and multi-disciplinary internal teams with accountability for receiving day-today engineering issues.

\xc2\xb7 Sets up the project schedule and progress reporting in small / mid-scale projects independent

\xc2\xb7 Leads and facilitates the scheduling process, complies basis of schedule

\xc2\xb7 communicates the schedule status and provides the analysis to project management.

\xc2\xb7 Calculates the project progress, forecasts it and reviews the results with project management

\xc2\xb7 Preparing detailed execution plans for required activities for each specific work area within the scope of a turnaround.

\xc2\xb7 Maintaining an up-lo-date list of maintenance requirements and procedures

\xc2\xb7 Evaluating maintenances requirements and developing an overal scope and timeframe for turnaround work and related activities.

\xc2\xb7 Coordinating maintenance and Inspection work timelines within operational

\xc2\xb7 Developing ethical path actions for shutdown, turnaround, and restart processes

Requirement:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

\xc2\xb7 Minimum experience 8-10 years in Turnround Planning

\xc2\xb7 Familiar with SAP & Primavera PS

\xc2\xb7 Good planning. supervisory, team more and interpersonal sails. Ability to independently and manage multiple activities and people Wiling to be based at Patron Port Dickson
