Work Supervisor (Catalyst Work)
Pengerang Johor
Contract 1 year
Responsible to the Area Catalyst Planner to meet the agreed targets on Safety, Quality and Duration for
the Catalyst Change-out Works during the turnaround
ROLES:
- Review Catalyst Change-out Job Package.
- Coordinate all materials, tools and equipment and availability to carry out the work.
- Responsible for daily execution works.
- Preparation of all necessary work permits.
- Supervise and ensure the Catalyst change-out work is being carried out as per the requirements of the
- Communicate to Catalyst manpower the required standards of Quality.
- Carry out work process as identified in the Quality Control Sheets.
- Ensure all signatories identified in \xe2\x80\x9cAction By\xe2\x80\x9d column are present to witness each \xe2\x80\x9cCritical Hold Point\xe2\x80\x9d
- Supply all spares (and specialized tools) as required.
- Report to the Area Planner Catalyst on problems with work progress to ensure targets are met.
- Safety is always your number one priority, report any unsafe acts and monitor the Safe System of work
- Communicate with Environmental Team for the labelling and schedule waste transportation to
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum five (5) years Supervisory Experiences in Multi-Bed
Catalyst unloading / loading works, Mechanical Static Equipment
Maintenance and Servicing in Oil & Gas Industries.
To be Competent and responsible person that can manage and
control fellow workers accordingly
The stated job will be based at Pengerang Johor for a contract of 1 year and there will be a fixed allowance for housing and accommodation around RM600 will be given
around 10 vacant positions are available at the moment

- Minimum education level: Vocational
- 5 years of experience
