Job Description

Job Scope: . To conduct and operate the assigning flights using Hybrid Drones focusing on Agriculture (farms) assigned by Head of Operations. . Responsible for day to day Aerial Operations and Services related matters including precise surveying, mapping and spraying of pesticide at different crops across Malaysia. . Understand all stages of crop growth including nutritional requirements, typical insects, diseases, weeds and the relevance with drone-based solutions. . Work closely with site-operations team in coordinating ground and flight operations effort including the mission planning based on all statutory requirement, safety & health regulations, industrial standards and certifications. . To assist Head of Operations to manage the technical services of assigned UAV for smooth operations and cost-effective solutions. . Accountable to ensure the assigned company\xe2\x80\x99s UAV is maintained and handled with care and perform the scheduled service and maintenance on the respective UAV. . Responsible to prepare findings and summary at end of the pilot, submit monthly operations report, analysis & other necessary reports to Supervisor/Management. . Reports directly to Head of Operations \xe2\x80\x93 UAV/Drone Services and coordinate with Headquarters in all operations & administrative related matters. Requirements: . Diploma/Degree in Aviation/Engineering/Surveying Management (any field) with industry recognized Certifications and/or training would be a highly regarded. . Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in UAV/Aerial Technical Services and familiar with any UAV/Aerial Software for Agriculture projects would be an added advantage. . Minimum 200 flying hours (shortlisted candidates will be required to submit verified flight log). . Must have good mechanical skills, demonstrate UAV technical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. . Able to meet tight deadlines and KPI set by Head of Operations. . Intermediate skills in MS Office, preparing reports and presentation slides. . Willing to travel across different states in Malaysia & work outdoors according to the site location assigned by Head of Operations.
