Our client is a global bank is currently hiring for UAT tester which will work with Hong Kong market for their products

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting business testing in collaboration with local teams for changes to banking applications.
• Ensure these changes align with both internal and external customer expectations, identifying and tracking defects before release.
• Prepare for testing across various projects by estimating resources, planning, scoping, and identifying data and environment requirements.
• Write and review testing documentation.
• Coordinate testing tasks for specific projects, monitor progress, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Plan and support validation activities for live releases of new services.
• Collaborate with software delivery, change delivery, marketing, and operations teams.
• Adhere to testing standards and processes.
• Lead or participate in project update meetings, providing updates and escalating any issues or concerns.
• Ensure activities align with departmental governance.

Key Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge and experience of the testing process.
• Strong understanding of digital channels and customer expectations.
• A collaborative team player who recognizes their specialized role while respecting the responsibilities of others in the department.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
• Strong decision-making abilities to assess the significance of defects found during testing, based on their impact.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and proactive.
• Innovative, with the ability to approach tasks creatively to achieve goals.
• Capable of influencing and challenging others to ensure customer needs are prioritized.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Traditional and Simplified Chinese being a plus.
• Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply
