Your Role and Responsibilities
The UAWeb Administrator provides access management support to critical SAP and Non-SAP applications in IBM. The UAWeb Administrator is responsible for daily activities related to user support and application support for access management to partner applications connected with UAWeb. The responsibilities for this position include:

• Monitor Problem/Change queues
• Respond to all customer inquiries
• Assist customer with documentation
• Maintain all requests In-boxes (Outlook, Slack)
• Monitor all UAWeb queues for SAP Security support.
• Support all Service Now Incidents and Changes
• Monitor UAWeb Dashboard monitoring tool and advise UAWeb Team/Customer of defects to user Off-Boarding or Continued Business Need processes.
• Maintain Customer support documentation \xe2\x80\x93 contacts, special processes, etc.
• Inform Customers of changes to service
• Work with UAWeb Team to Create new UAWeb pages for customer
• Create/Change/Delete SAP User IDs
• Create/Change SAP Security & Basis Roles
• Set up UAWeb SID configuration (connection to hosts)
• Update clients/UAWeb configuration (roles, approvers, clients)
• Perform Employment Verification and Continued Business Need processes as required.
• Meet with UAWeb and Customer Teams to learn processes
• Evaluate required changes within customer processes
• Investigate SAP authorization requirements
• Assist UAWeb Development Team where needed.
• Support Audits and compliance (ASCA, PWC)
• Perform application health check and data analysis
• Create application reports and user analysis summaries
• Assist in sizing customer projects
• Support of customer applications (iERP, DSW, CBS, GARS, HRMS, CRMS, SSI, MDG, SG & WWP, etc)

Requirements:

• Familiar with SAP Role Administration
• Help desk experience
• Excellent organization and communication skills - Ability to effectively communicate with the customer (verbal and written skills).
• Must be a good team player and detail oriented.
• Skilled in using good judgment to resolve or escalate problems or issues.
• Ability to support US Eastern time zone working hours.
• Be available to handle off shift work and communicate to the customer and Team members concerning work completed.
• Ability to produce accurate process/procedural documentation.
• Perform user testing for application changes.
• Familiar with performing SAP health checks using UAWeb and manual checks
• Provide SAP information (table data etc.) & other expertise during audits.
• Familiar with Continued Business Need & Employment Verification Processes

Preferred Skills:

• UAWeb Experience / Knowledge
• Experience with SAP Security Administration & Controls concepts
