Role Summary

We are seeking a creative UI Senior Software Engineer to join our Agile team, focusing on the user interface of our audience builder application. In this role, you will take ownership of developing and refining specific features within the front-end experience using Angular or a similar modern framework. You will collaborate closely with fellow UI developers, product owners, and designers, translating business requirements into intuitive, high-quality user interfaces. Your expertise in UI/UX best practices will help ensure our application is visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible. While your primary focus will be on the UI, you should be comfortable working with APIs and collaborating with backend developers to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Feature Ownership: Develop and enhance UI features using Angular or a similar framework, ensuring high standards of quality and usability. UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, designers, and other UI developers to translate Figma wireframes and mockups into production-ready code. Agile Teamwork: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.), contribute to backlog refinement, and coordinate with team members to deliver high-quality solutions. User Experience: Apply UI/UX best practices to create intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces that meet user needs and business goals. API Integration: Integrate UI components with backend APIs, working collaboratively with backend developers to ensure seamless data flow and functionality. Continuous Improvement: Participate in code reviews, contribute to process improvements, and stay current with emerging UI technologies and trends. Quality & Testing: Ensure features are well-tested, performant, and meet accessibility standards.

Requirements

5+ years of experience developing modern web applications with Angular or a similar front-end framework. Portfolio or examples of UI/UX work, demonstrating attention to detail and user-centered design. Proficiency in translating Figma (or similar) wireframes and mockups into responsive, production-ready code. Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility, and web standards Experience integrating front-end components with RESTful APIs. Working Arrangement:

4 days WFH

, 1 day in office (weekly) Working hours in EMEA:

4pm (MYT) to 1am (MYT)

with 1-hour breaktime.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with additional front-end frameworks or libraries. Familiarity with automated testing tools for UI components. Experience with AWS services related to UI deployment (e.g., S3, CloudFront). Knowledge of design systems and component libraries. Exposure to audience segmentation or marketing technology platforms.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
