UI/UX Designer

Job Location: Kota Damansara

Overview

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about transforming complex digital journeys into seamless, engaging experiences across mobile and web platforms. This role will play a key part in designing intuitive interfaces for transaction flows, loyalty features, and user engagement touchpoints that drive both conversion and retention. You'll collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to translate data-driven insights into scalable design systems that balance functionality, aesthetics, and accessibility.

Duties and Responsibilities

Design user-centric mobile and web interfaces that support transaction flows, loyalty features, gamification elements, and digital wallet interactions. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior, pain points, and motivations across consumer and merchant segments. Transform complex workflows (e.g., onboarding, earning, redemption, payment, referral) into intuitive and engaging user journeys. Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of UI/UX designs into fully functional features. Maintain and evolve a consistent design system, including typography, color palettes, iconography, and component libraries. Analyze user engagement metrics to identify UX bottlenecks and continuously optimize conversion and retention rates. Stay updated on fintech, e-commerce, and super app interface trends to propose innovative enhancements and competitive UI/UX improvements.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in UI/UX Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or any related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply -- bonus points if you have a portfolio (academic or personal projects included) showcasing interface design or user-centered work. Solid understanding of mobile usability standards and mobile design systems. Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.) Understanding of mobile and web design principles, layout grids, and basic prototyping flows. Eagerness to learn about user behavior, product design strategy, and digital platform ecosystems. Strong attention to detail with a sense of visual consistency, spacing, and typography. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Passionate about solving real-world problems through design and continuously improving user experiences.
