UI/UX Designer is responsible for developing user-intuitive and creative designs for the company for mobile and web applications. The designs should maximize the functionality of the applications with enhanced user experience in line with the company's expectation to develop trusted child care services.

Role and responsibilities

To collaborate with product managers, software developers and other stakeholders to understand and communicate the business requirements primarily using design elements. To participate in user research to understand the requirements or pain points of the current applications. To propose mockups and wireframes to communicate new designs with users To seek validation from users by iterating the mockups with users To work closely with developers throughout the development and iteration phase until deployment

Skill

Familiar with software development, process and tools Proficient in graphics design tools such as Figma Ability to communicate effectively through designs elements with developers, project managers, product owners and other stakeholders Strong attention to details and possesses design thinking skills Strong problem solving skills Must have creativity in solving problems through UI/UX designs Experience in front end development such as HTML, CSS and Javascript is a bonus

Soft Skills

Good communication and collaboration skills Good client management skills Ability to communicate effectively with remote team members

Qualification

Bachelor degree in graphics design, human interface development, or other related qualification At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX related field Strong documentation capabilities to translate features into easy-to-understand documents Experience working with agile development methodologies
