The Responsibilities:
? Define & manage end-to-end UI/UX on various products & across multiple projects
? Plan, conduct user research and competitor analysis to gain insights through data analysis and qualitative feedback a. Conduct usability testing to guide the design process
? Create & translate ideas into user flows, wireframes, mockups & prototypes towards an intuitive user experience
? Collaborate & articulate design decisions to Product, Engineering teams and Management/stakeholders for review and feedback
? Guide & develop careers of junior UI/UX designer and develop workflow improvements to improve effi ciency of the UI/UX team
The Requirements:
? Designers with a proven track record in UX/UI design: a. Completed tertiary education in related program/studies with minimum 3 years of working experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer: i. Has good portfolio(s) demonstrating skills in UX/UI design for mobile app(s)
? Creative professionals: a. Who use qualitative & quantitative data to back up design decisions of choice b. With excellent ability to design polished, high-fi delity mockups & prototypes of solutions by using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or Balsamiq
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
