Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer with at least 3 years of industry experience in product design or related fields to join our in-house digital product team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the functionality, usability, and overall experience of our customer and agent portals.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will:

Create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that align with our brand identity and engagement.

Optimize user journeys to ensure seamless interactions and improved accessibility, usability and stickiness.

Leverage data-driven insights to design solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

Your work will directly impact customer and agent acquisition, satisfaction, engagement, and retention, while ensuring consistency across platforms and compliance with accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

User Research & Analysis: Conduct research, interviews, and usability studies to understand user behaviors and needs. Analyze feedback and iterate designs accordingly.

Design & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes. Design interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional, maintaining brand consistency.

Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to deliver innovative solutions. Present designs to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

Usability Testing: Perform testing to validate design decisions and ensure compliance with usability and accessibility standards.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to enhance design quality and user experience.

Qualifications:

3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

Strong portfolio showcasing design process and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Familiar with any associated user journey analytics too such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics or similar.

Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.

Experience with user research and usability testing.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.

Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.

Performance Metrics:

Maintain design system with >90% component reuse.

Achieve design QA score ?95% in audits.

Deliver assets within agreed timelines for ?95% of projects.

Conduct at least one user test per major campaign.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
