We are seeking a detailed-oriented individual that is ready to be part of our Frontend Department and committed to delivering exceptional user experiences through innovative and user-centric design of our Software as a Service (SaaS) platform and mobile application. As our UI/UX Designer, you play a crucial role in creating a seamless user journey and shaping the future of our product. Responsibilities Design and develop user interfaces that are intuitive, user-friendly and visually appealing for our SaaS platform and mobile applications with focus on interaction elements, visual layout, and overall user experience. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to visualize and effectively communicate interaction and design ideas for new features and enhancements. Develop new and build upon existing comprehensive design guidelines, style guides, standards and templates to ensure consistency across all digital touch points. Create design assets, including animations, icons, and visual elements that adhere to the established design system. Communicate design decisions to internal stakeholders and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure the successful implementation of design solutions. Continuously iterate and improve on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and stakeholder input. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field (e.g., UI/UX Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction) or equivalent practical experience. At least 2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX designer, preferably in a SaaS or tech organization. Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc. Experience using Figma is a must-have requirement. An online portfolio of UI/UX design work that showcases your expertise in creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces. Good understanding of key principles within UI and UX design. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to come up with creative solutions to tough problems. Good communication skills in English with an ability to clearly explain complex ideas verbally and in writing. Nimble and agile team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
