• User Research: Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design ideas and concepts.
• Visual Design: Design UI elements, such as icons, buttons, and layout structures, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions meet business and user requirements.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze results, and iterate designs based on user feedback.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our design system to ensure a cohesive and scalable design language across all products.
• Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to keep our designs modern and competitive.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Skills:

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
