Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and establish requirements based on user preferences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize feature implementation.
- Develop interactive prototypes for testing and refine designs based on feedback.
- Collaborate with global UI/UX Designers to maintain design standards.
- Evaluate solution impacts for continuous enhancements.
- Guide workshops and foster design thinking for design-focused teams.
- Holds a degree in Human-Computer Interaction or related discipline.
- Brings 3+ years of UX Design experience, preferably in product context.
- Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, and InVision.
- Knowledgeable in user-centered design and workshop techniques.
- Effective communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Agile environment familiarity.
- Business Analyst or Product Owner background is advantageous.
- Web design experience is a plus.
